The Personal Care Manufacturing Filling Executive is the site owner of Paco’s PC liquids mfg 3P filling site.
SHE
Responsible for site’s compliance with Unilever safety and environment standards.
Responsible for site’s compliance with Unilever safety and environment standards.
Responsible
for ensuring that all shopfloor is properly informed and trained on the
prescribed work procedures and company safety rules and
regulations.
Also
responsible for updating these work procedures, rules and standards as
needed.
In
case of emergency, is the primary point of contact (total
site).
OPERATIONS
Owner of the site’s operational process and procedures, as well as cascading and sign-off with team.

Facilitates
the formation and cascade of standard operating procedures, criteria and
settings with team.
Finalizes
total site production plan, together with production scheduler and SU
planners.
Ensures
availability of Bulk and PM via constant coordination with Planning team and PC
Mixing.
Performs
daily site inspection for GHK and leads correction of non-compliances observed.
Owns
the site’s Key Performance Indicators (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery,
Safety, Morale):
- maintains a system for collection, analysis and review of these KPIs
- maintains loss trees for relevant KPIs
- leads analysis and improvement initiatives arising from loss tree analysis

Facilitates
daily Output Reliability meetings.

PROJECTS/INNOVATIONS
Ensures that prior to any New Product Innovation, all required Early Management exercises are completed.

LOGISTICS
Daily and weekly review of material reconciliation/inventory activities (variances).

of inbound receiving and FG dispatch documented systems / procedure, in
accordance to SAP principles.
ADMIN
Ensures timelines of transactions related to 3P mfgs.

Agreements.
Minimum
Qualifications: Should be a Graduate of Industrial /Mechanical or Manufacturing
Engineering and other Engineering related courses with at least 1 to 2 years
experience preferably from FMCG/Food/Pharmaceutical industry
